How do I return an item?

Do you provide international delivery?


At this time we do not offer interntional delivery.




Are you getting more stock in?


It depends on the product, some will be restocked weekly, others may take longer or even be discontinued.




Can I order over the phone?


Unfortunately we are not able to accept orders over the phone.




Do you have a physical store?


No we currently only have our online store.




Can I cancel my order?


Please email us immediately at nicola@bettysboutiqueuk.com if we have not yet processed your order we may be able to cancel it for you.




Can I return my purchase without my reciept?


Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns without proof of purchase. Please read our returns policy for more informtion.




Can I change my order?


If you wish to change your order, please email us immediately at nicola@bettysboutiqueuk.com as long as we haven't processed your order we should be able to change it for you.




How long is delivery?


Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days, however due to Covid-19 there may be futher delays. For more information on shipping please click here.




Can I click and collect?


No due to Covid-19 we don't currently offer any click and collect options.
