Standard delivery costs £3.99, in the UK only. Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days. Please allow for some delays during Covid-19. Please note we do not dispatch orders on a Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday. In this case your order may take a few more days to arrive, so please allow for this when placing your order.

     How do I return something I bought online?

  • If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods, please do this via email

  • You have another 14 days to return the goods by post.

  • Unless damaged or faulty all returned items must be in a re-sellable and unused condition with all tags intact.

  • Please include your returns form and proof of purchase.

  • We will then refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

  • Please note items bought through our online store will only be able to be returned via post.

  • Return postage is at the buyer’s expense.

  • Unless faulty, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on pierced jewellery.


     Faulty goods

  • In the unfortunate event that your items are faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days via email at with a picture of the damaged item so we can have this resolved for you free of charge. We will be happy to provide a repair, replacement or a refund.

  • If you have received an incorrect item, please email us within 14 days to so we can have this resolved for you free of charge. In this case, we will be happy to provide a replacement or a refund.

  • You must include your returns form and proof of purchase.

  • In the case of faulty goods postage is refundable.
